Early Learning Care Hubs will provide child care, early learning programming, health promotion and prevention services for children and families such as Healthy Babies Healthy Children, Preschool Speech and Language, Ontario Early Years Centres, and resources for families. The neighbourhood hubs will provide families with a single, integrated, seamless point of access to services and supports based on local needs and available resources.
The Best Start program combines pre-school, junior kindergarten, senior kindergarten, quality child care, public health and parenting programs, and other supple mental services into one seamless system that supports families and children. The program allows for children and parents to have access to these services and supports, regardless of their economic or social circumstances.
